Your virus protection software may interpret any download as a potential threat; you will likely be asked if you’d like to allow the specific download. If you are not seeing this message when trying to download our software, look for a pop up window behind your browser window by collapsing all windows until you see that message. There may also be an area within your protection software that allows you to whitelist applications.
We are working on licensing our software with Norton and Windows Defender so it does not trigger their permissions message and downloads automatically. If you use a different virus protection, please let us know what that is so we can add it to our list!
